Community Services

AGRI-IQ understands and recognises the key role of the wider agricultural community. We have always had a vision to improve the primary health for people living and working on farms and in farming communities, by means of sustainable initiatives. The establishment of the Agri-Wellness Non Profit Company in 2015 has formally delivered on this promise.

OUR COMMUNITY SERVICE

Corporate Social Investment

Agri-Wellness NPC is our vehicle to spread health and wellness knowledge and skills to agricultural workers and recipient communities. With our funding partners, Agri-Wellness empowers communities by providing sustainable health care services.

Client Feedback:

We are fully dedicated to our client base. AGRI-IQ boast a reputable portfolio of successful projects completed and experienced teams are assigned to each client. Herewith a few comments from our clients:

“Creative, Practical and Activity-based approach”

“Agri-IQ’s creative, practical and activity-based approach to learning really caught the attention of our junior managers. Their understanding of the principles of farm management and business ethics increased immensely after the training programme.” – John Richardson, Agricultural Manager

I can see the difference Agri-IQ’s governance training is making to our lives. Our leaders know what their roles and responsibilities are and the members are now also informed.

Joseph Gumede , Small Grower Farmer

We didn’t know before how to make our co-operative work nicely. Now we keep all our records and everyone knows what is going on in the business. When we disagree we try to remember what we learnt in the conflict resolution module.

Lungile Mnisi , Small Grower Farmer

Agri-IQ provided technical input which has ensured agricultural best practice within our farming operations. This approach has led to an opportunity to enter high value retail and export markets, thereby gaining maximum return to the farm.
