Khanyisa is our agricultural peer-led education programme which reaches approximately 5,600 farm workers in the Malelane and Komatipoort area. The Programme creates an environment which improves the health and welfare of employees and increases productivity in the workplace. Our training is modulated and focuses on life skills, ethical labour principles and good agricultural practices.
